Jered Dobbs has dedicated his career as an immigration attorney to assisting immigrants from all walks of life. As a former legal adviser to the Dallas Immigration Court, he is uniquely qualified to provide exceptional defense strategies when defending immigrants from deportation in immigration court and on appeal with the Board of Immigration Appeals. Jered has also represented hundreds of families seeking permanent residence for a loved one through adjustment of status and consular processing, including cases involving complex waivers of inadmissibility. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas, and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Additionally, Jered possesses a wealth of experience in the field of trade and investor visas, having assisted many companies at all stages of development in procuring E-1 trader or E-2 investor visas for their employees. He also assists employers and their employees in procuring L visas, TN visas, and other temporary employment visas as necessary.
When not at work, Jered enjoys spending time with his wife and son, participating in church activities, barbecuing, and watching football. He has been on several mission trips, including to the South Texas colonias region, and to Guatemala. Jered is conversational in Spanish and enjoys talking to his Spanish speaking clients in their native language.
Paola Garces has over 12 years of experience working in Immigration Law, specializing in consular processing, waivers, and removal proceedings. For the last 9 years she has assisted Mr. Stewart with hundreds of successful cases, providing knowledge and meticulous preparation to each one. Paola graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the National University of Colombia in Manizales, Colombia. Her managerial skills and attention to detail make her outstanding when dealing with complex child status protection act or inadmissibility issues. As an immigrant herself, Paola is truly passionate when it comes to helping our customers realize their American dreams.
Daniela has worked closely with Mr. Stewart since 2010. She is experienced in all facets of immigration law, including adjustment of status, waivers, Child Citizenship Act, U-visas, Family Unity, and Immigration Court procedure, among many others. Daniela is responsible for preparing and reviewing immigration forms for accuracy and completeness and does so with remarkable dedication and skill.
Victoria has worked with Mr. Stewart since 2007 when she joined him as a receptionist. She has since assisted clients with permanent residency, advance parole, naturalization and deferred action. In addition, she has assisted in marketing and, most importantly, responding to client questions and guiding them through the complex immigration procedure.
Minerva Rodriguez has over 10 years of experience working on naturalization, waivers and removal cases. Her desire to help the community and guide them through the immigration process is a rewarding and a humbling experience for her. Minerva attended the University of Texas at Austin and majored in Government. In her free time, Minerva enjoys traveling, running and spending time with her family.
Karina has worked in the immigration field for several years. As an immigrant herself, she understands the complicated process and is very understanding of the frustrations and concerns that our clients experience when dealing with government agencies. Karina assists with client communications and file management.
